Speaker Biography:

Patrick Green is Chief Executive Officer, UF Health Jacksonville. A people-first leader he is noted for his amazing ability to develop and implement the strategic vision to ensure that goals are met while the patient is always the center. For over 20 years Patrick has earned the reputation for leading, succeeding, and surviving even in these difficult times.

Throughout his leadership journey he has become well-known for his change leadership work, which is heavily focused on building an Agenda for Change that everyone participates in. Given the constant push for healthcare leaders to perform under challenging circumstances, e.g., the pandemic, Patrick is known for his ability to balance patient safety, quality outcomes, and associate engagement, while enhancing the patient experience—and at the same time achieving financial performance.
