You will have multiple sessions—before, during, and after Leader25—with an expert coach to receive feedback on your assessment and guidance.

You will be matched with a Peer Mentor and participate in a Work Life Mapping session hosted by Richard Leider, the preeminent leader of the Purpose Movement.

You will meet and be inspired by presentations from our faculty of world-renowned thought and business leaders. Following these presentations you will engage in Learning Group discussions led by one of our 30 certified learning group leaders—stay connected to your learning group for life.

Facilitated networking activities such as “Speed Networking” and informal shared interest discussion groups provide more opportunities to build your network and learning community.

After three days of interactive presentations, coaching, peer mentoring, networking, and earning group dialogue, participants hear from Nando Parrado, the #1 speaker in the world, as he shares his leadership story of survival “Miracle in the Andes.”
