The Talent Forum

Best Practice Cohort for Leading HR Practitioners

March 4-6, 2025

The global struggle to attract, develop, and retain talent is pervasive and will continue to be so.

The Harvard Business Review states that the key to success in building a strong culture and delivering promised results is having the requisite talent in the right jobs. We are assembling a group of diverse companies to benchmark and study the strategies, tactics, and proven methods and tools that are needed to stay competitive.

We will explore best practices, research and work closely with the Forum companies to discuss/discover implementable, best in class solutions. Our focus is to bring practical approaches to the Forum companies to advance their ability to attract and retain top talent while setting the stage for organizational transformation.

The Talent Forum is an HR cohort group as part of the overall Leaders25 Summit event.

Winning the talent war requires innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent. Experts have found that high potentials are always the most at risk and the hardest to replace.

Forum Facilitators, relevant keynote presenters, and key leaders from participating companies will delve into today's talent challenges and opportunities while sharing practical tools, approaches and innovations for winning the war on talent.
